• Pablo Silva (Argentina): Traditional country-style veal asado, served with vegetables and chimichurri.
• Christon Simmons (Jamaica): Exotic Jerk Chicken with an unmistakable Caribbean twist.
• Diego Ampuero (Peru): A feast of ceviches, tiraditos, and anticuchos with fresh local seafood.
• Jorge Maiquez (Spain): Paella, pintxos, and Iberian ham, the heart of Spanish gastronomy.
• Luis Parra (Pastry): A sweet touch with Fromage et choux to end the night on a high note.
• Arturo May, Jorge Domínguez, Christian May & Valerio Poot: A tribute to tradition with Cochinita Pibil and Relleno Negro, prepared in the authentic buried cooking style.

Music & Entertainment to Set the Mood

Music will be the festival’s guiding thread. From the first dance performances in the main plaza to DJ Lara’s electrifying session, every moment will be filled with rhythm.

18:00 - 19:00: Jazz Band to accompany the first wine tastings.
19:00 - 19:15: 1st Happening: A dance performance throughout the plaza with elevated platforms.
19:15 - 20:00: DJ Lara & vocalist, setting the perfect atmosphere.
20:00 - 20:15: 2nd Happening: A mesmerizing 360º dance show around the fountain.
20:15 - 22:45: DJ Lara closes the night with an energetic session.
